Vietnam Journalists’ Association offers thanks on Revolutionary Press Day

The Vietnam Journalists’ Association has expressed a message of thanks to senior leaders, ministries, sectors, organisations and enterprises for their care and affection towards the press circle on the occasion of the 97th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925-2022).

The message said that leaders and former leaders of the Party, State, Government, National Assembly, and Fatherland Front at Central and local levels as well as military and police forces visited press agencies, sent baskets of flowers to the association and attended the ceremony to present the 16th National Press Awards.

This is recognition for the contribution of the press in the cause of national construction and defence, as well as a valuable source of encouragement forreporters and journalists to strive to complete their tasks, according to the message.

On behalf of the press circle throughout the country, the Vietnam Journalists’ Association would like to express their deep gratitude for such care, support and trust. Journalists across the country will strive to improve their political bravery, professional qualifications and ethics, worthy of being pioneers on the ideological-cultural front of the Party.
