The President asked the committee, ministry and relevant agencies to study and complete policies on developing a staff of minority teachers to promote human resources development and improve academic standards, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction and comprehensive socioeconomic development in minority and mountainous areas.

This year’s ceremony to honour ethnic minority students with academic achievements will take place at the Vietnam Youth Academy on November 5.
