NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan will attend the opening ceremony and join the NA Vice Chairperson to preside over the meetings.
The NA Standing Committee is scheduled to give opinions on several important laws, including the revised Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, the amended Law on Judicial Expertise, and the Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court.
The session will also consider the arrangement of administrative units at communal and district levels in several centrally-run provinces and cities.
