The NASC is scheduled to give opinions on NA draft Resolution on some specific financial mechanisms and policies for Hanoi, the NA draft Resolution on recognising and allowing the enforcement of decisions of arbitration agencies under the EU-Vietnam Investment Protection Agreement (EVIPA), the NASC draft Resolution on the principles and, criteria for the allocation of public investment capital from the State budget in the 2021-2025 period.
In addition, the NASC will examine the implementation of Resolution No. 580/2018/ UBTVQH14 dated October 4, 2018 on the pilot unification of the Office of the NA Deputy Delegation, the Office of provincial People's Council and the Office of the provincial People's Committee.
The committee will also consider and give comments (for the second time) on the change in investment forms for some component projects of the eastern route of the North-South highway in 2017-2020 and other important issues.
