Promoting role of Party building and organisation at all levels in the new period

The Party Central Committee (PCC)’s Organisation Commission organised a ceremony in Hanoi on October 11 to celebrate the 90th anniversary of itsTradition Day (October 14, 1930-2020).

The event was attended by former Politburo member and Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Van Analong with Politburo members including Secretary of the PCC and Head of the PCC's Organisation Commission Pham Minh Chinh, among others.

At the ceremony, the delegates reviewed the glorious history, shared valuable lessons and watched a video on Party building and organisation work during the past 90 years of construction, growth and development in the Party’s revolutionary career.

Speaking at the ceremony, Politburo member Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that over the past 90 years, the Party’s building and organisation work has seen continuousgrowth, affirming its important position and role, provingits worth as a key consultative agency of the Party during the revolutionary periods.

The sector’s efforts and dedication have contributed to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation; to building the Party as a truly revolutionary political party, with a firm political stance, loyal to the interests of the nation and the people.

He suggested that in the coming time, the Party building and organisation agencies at all levels continue to thoroughly grasp resolutions of the Party, proactively and promptly advise the PCC, the Politburo, the Secretariat and Party committees at all levels with guidelines and solutions to lead and direct the Party building and rectification; continue to arrange the organisational apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, operating effectively; and build a capable and reputable contingent of qualified cadres at all levels, especially strategic-level cadres, thus meeting the requirements of national renewal and development.
