The plane carrying President Nguyen Xuan Phuc and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation landed at Noi Bai International Airport at 9pm on the evening of September 25, concluding his attendance at the high-level general debate of the 76th session of the UN General Assembly and his bilateral activities in the US from September 21-24.
