The Lao NA leader said at a working session with the group's executives that the organic fertiliser production process of Que Lam group would be useful for Laos’ agriculture, and urged the group to explore cooperation with Laos in organic agriculture.
Earlier, the Lao delegation toured the Que Lam Biotech fertiliser plant and a model of biosafe organic pig farming run by Que Lam group.
After 20 years of development, Que Lam is a leading organic fertiliser producer in Vietnam with a network of 13 member companies, including 8 fertiliser plants. The group has a total production capacity of over 1 million tonnes of fertiliser. Its products have been exported to Laos and Cambodia.
