Associate Prof. Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Vice President of the HCMA, said the labour orders recognise contributions of the academy’s leaders, managers and experts to the publication of a book series named "Ho Chi Minh toan tap” (Ho Chi Minh Complete Collection) in the Lao language.

The 15-volume book series introduces 3,300 works written by President Ho Chi Minh between 1912 and 1969.

Lao Deputy Ambassador to Vietnam Chanthaphone Khammanichanh said the labour orders demonstrate the gratitude of the Lao Party, State and people to the Vietnamese officials for their contributions to Laos’s personnel training and the implementation of the above-said project.

The officials have played a role in tightening the great friendship, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnamese and Lao Parties, States and people, he said.

At the ceremony, the Deputy Ambassador presented three second-class and 10 third-class Labour Orders bestowed by the Lao State to leaders, officials and managers of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) and the Truth National Political Publishing House.

On this occasion, the publishing house presented books on the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) and others on political theory to staff members of the Lao Embassy and Lao students in Vietnam.
