Congratulations came from the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan; the Communist Party of the Russian Federation – Saint Peterburg’s Party Committee; the Party of Labour of Austria; Turkey's Justice and Development Party; Argentine Socialist Party; International Seminar on ‘The Parties and a New Society’; Socialist International; and the Omani Embassy in Vietnam.
Meanwhile, the first Belgian Ambassador to Vietnam Piet Steel (1990-1993 tenure), Front for Victory of Argentina, World Customs Organisation, Parliamentary Friendship Group for Relations with Southeast Asian Countries and Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) also extended congratulations to the Congress.
So far, the 12th National Party Congress has received 248 congratulatory messages from foreign political parties, organisations and friends around the world as well as from diplomatic corps in Hanoi.
