On the occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent his congratulations to his French counterpart Edouard Philippe while Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh extended his congratulations to French Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Yves Le Drian.
Earlier on July 13, General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong extended a congratulatory message to the President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović on the National Day of Montenegro, while Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc extended his congratulations to his Montenegrin counterpart Duško Marković.
On the same day, Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent a congratulatory message to Montenegro’s Foreign Minister Srđan Darmanović.
