On the same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent a message of congratulations to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi.
On the occasion, Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent his congratulations to Indian Foreign Minister Subramanyam Jaishankar.
