The seminar aimed to introduce the strengths of Ivanovo Oblast to Vietnamese businesses and help the two countries’ enterprises learn about each other in order to establish cooperation partnerships in the future.

Director of Ivanovo Oblast’s business development and export support centre Alexandra Zinovieva stated that Vietnam is always a market and partner that Russian enterprises and those in Ivanovo wish to forge business cooperation with.

At the seminar, the two countries’ enterprises exchanged information directly, introduced each side’s products to look for appropriate partnerships and discussed prospects of signing cooperation contracts.

During the discussion, representatives of enterprises posed questions about the market of each country as well as the required procedures and licenses to export their products.

As part of trade promotion activities, Vietnamese enterprises had a visit to several manufacturing facilities in Ivanovo Oblast and the nearby region to explore opportunities for cooperation between the two sides.
