Vietnam congratulates Madagascar on National Day

Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong on June 26 sent a message of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Madagascar Andry Rajoelina on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Madagascar (June 26, 1960).

On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled a congratulatory message to the Foreign Minister of Madagascar Tehindrazanarivelo Djacoba A. S. Oliva.
