NDO/VNA – Vietnam’s top leaders have cabled messages of congratulations to Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Kingdom’s National Day (September 23). |
Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong sent a congratulatory message to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud on September 23. On the same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc extended congratulations to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, while Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh congratulated Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan. |
