Congratulations to Brazilian Senate, Chamber of Deputies presidents

National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan on February 8 congratulated Rodrigo Pacheco and Arthur Lira on their elections as Presidents of the Federal Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, respectively, for the 2021-2023 term.
