Condolences to Papua New Guinea over former Prime Minister’s passing

On February 26, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc cabled a message of condolence to Prime Minister of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea James Marape over the passing of former Prime Minister Michael Somare.
