The NA’s first extraordinary session received high support and consensus from NA deputies, with the passage of four resolutions and one law regarding important goals. They are the rapid restoration and expansion of production and business, the reduction of costs, and the creation of favourable conditions for businesses and people aligned with the effective implementation of pandemic prevention and control measures.

The world, and Vietnam in particular, has faced negative impacts in socio-economic development caused by the COVID-19 pandemic over the past two years. This challenging situation requires Vietnam to continue to take drastic actions with a high sense of responsibility to implement effective mechanisms and measures to bring peace to the people and the country.
