On the same day, a ceremony was held to launch a project upgrading and restoring the memorial area dedicated to the late Party General Secretary, covering a total area of 2,000 square metres.
On the occasion, the provincial People’s Committee will hold a live TV programme themed “Loving Righteousness - Respecting Love” at Bich La Dong village’s communal house, Trieu Thanh commune.
