The Vietnamese top legislator met with NYSE leaders and witnessed the first transaction session of the day.

He also learned of exceptional features of the world’s largest stock exchange, especially its management organisation, administration and technology application in financial transaction activities.

The NYSE was initiated in 1792 by 24 stockbrokers. It operates in the form of auctions and automatic transactions with thousands of listed companies. It is strictly controlled in order to maintain a fair and orderly system for investors under the management of the US Security and Exchange Commission.

On the same day, the NA Chairman and his entourage also toured the One World Trade Centre and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York, where a series of objects, photos, films and videos from the terrorist bomb attack on September 11 in 2001, which killed 2,700 people, are on exhibit.
