Chinese press delegation visits Nhan Dan Newspaper

A delegation from All-China Journalists Association (ACJA), led by ACJA Vice-President Hu Xiaohan, visited Nhan Dan (The People’s) Newspaper on November 12, as part of the delegation’s visit to Vietnam.

The delegation was received by Nhan Dan Newspaper’s Deputy Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Khanh.

During the meeting, Deputy Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Khanh voiced his pleasure at welcoming the delegation to Nhan Dan Newspaper. He also introduced the exchange activities and press exchange between the Nhan Dan Newspaper and the press agencies of China in recent years.

He expressed his belief that the cooperation between the Vietnam Journalists’ Association and the ACJA will develope more and more in the future.

Deputy Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Khanh said that Nhan Dan Newspaper attaches great importance to the communication on the developing situation of China, as well as the friendly relations between Vietnam and China. He stressed that Nhan Dan Newspaper and other Vietnamese press agencies in recent days had many reports related to the state visit to Vietnam by General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping.

For his part, ACJA Vice-President Hu Xiaohan expressed his gratitude for the welcome reception from the official newspaper of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He also shared plans to promote the cooperation between the press agencies of the two countries.

On the occasion, ACJA Vice-President Hu Xiaohan attended the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between the Vietnam Journalists’ Association and the ACJA.

Earlier, the delegation visited Nhan Dan Newspaper’s traditional house and took souvenir photos together with the leaders and staff of Nhan Dan Newspaper.
