Congratulations extended to Malaysian PM
Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent a congratulatory message on May 10 to Mahathir Mohamad, who became the new Prime Minister of the Malaysia, according to the Vietnamese Foreign Ministry.
