Given that fact, the deputy PM asked that the People’s Public Security forces as a whole, and the internal political security forces in particular, strengthen measures to protect the Party and internal affairs, to better serve the implementation of the Resolutions of the fourth and sixth plenums of the 12th Party Central Committee and the preparation for the 13th National Party Congress.
