PM Phuc offers sympathies to Cambodia over large-scale floods

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on July 28 cabled a message to Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen expressing his deep regards and sympathies over the great losses in property caused by large-scale floods in the country, especially in the two northeastern provinces of Stung Treng and Rattanakiri, as well as in other areas along the Mekong River.

In his message, PM Phuc expressed his belief that under the leadership of the Royal Government, headed by PM Hun Sen, the Cambodian people will soon overcome the current difficulties and successfully hold the sixth general election.

On the same day, Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also extended his regards to Cambodian Senior Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Prak Sokhonn.
