President Tran Dai Quang sent a congratulatory message to his Chilean counterpart, Sebastian Piñera Echenique, on the country’s 208th anniversary of the National Day (September 18, 1810 – 2018), announced the Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on September 17.
