Vietnam offers US$100,000 to victims of quakes, tsunami in Indonesia

NDO/MOFA – The Vietnamese Government on October 2 decided to provide a financial support of US$100,000 to help the Indonesian Government and people overcome consequences of recent earthquakes and tsunami, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Indonesia’s Central Sulawesi province has suffered huge losses by two quakes on September 28. A 6m tsunami hit the shores after the second quake struck the area in the afternoon of the same day.
