After hearing a report by the provincial Party committee, Thuong praised Ha Nam for creative ways in implementing the resolution which has produced many good results and positive improvements in fulfilling political tasks.
He also pointed out a number of shortcomings including the low quality in learning the Party’s resolutions and directives and the low frequency in criticism and self-criticism at a number of Party organisations.
Thuong noted that Ha Nam province needs to bring into play the supervisory role of the Fatherland Front, paying attention to training competent and moral officials, in order to successfully realise the province’s targets.
