Deputy PM cares for families in difficult circumstances in Bac Kan

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries and families living in difficult circumstances in the northern mountainous province of Bac Kan on January 10.

During his working visit to Cho Moi district’s Ethnic Boarding School, the Deputy PM appreciated the achievements that its officials, teachers and students have gained over recent years.

He asked the school to focus on training skills for students and preserving cultural identities and ethnic language, in addition to paying greater attention to care for the boarding students’ lives.

Deputy PM Dam also visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries and families who are living in difficult conditions in Xuat Hoa ward, wishing them a warm, peaceful and happy Tet (Lunar New Year) holiday.

At the Cam Giang commune Health Station in Bach Thong district, the Deputy PM asked the doctors and nurses to constantly improve their skills and professional qualifications, and effectively keep and use medical equipment, medicines and herbal medicine gardens.

On the occasion, he visited Na Tu historical site in Cam Giang commune and offered incense at the President Ho Chi Minh memorial.
