Vietnam sends condolences to India over passing of former External Affairs Minister

On August 8, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent a message of condolence to Indian Minister of External Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar over the passing of former Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj.
