The ceremony saw the presence of Politburo members and PCC Secretaries: Pham Minh Chinh, Head of the PCC’s Organisation Commission, and Vo Van Thuong, Head of the PCC’s Commission for Communication and Education.
Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, Politburo member Pham Minh Chinh congratulated 95 trainees who successfully completed the course.
He also emphasised that the trainees are an important source to build the contingent of officials in strategic level positions for the Party in the up-coming tenure
Besides, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics has made many innovations in management and teaching methods. The academy also applied information technology in managing trainees in a synchronous and scientific manner, creating a friendly environment with high inference, ensuring accuracy and objectivity.
The academy and related agencies have cooperated closely and seriously to ensure the completion of the course on schedule. The successful organisation of this course is considered a model for the training of managers at all levels in the future.
