Speaking at the ceremony, the Deputy PM extended the best wishes to officials, teachers, employees, students and fellows of the University on the occasion.
He hailed great achievements in training, scientific research and social service that VNUA has gained over the past years.
Deputy PM Binh asked the university to further improve the scientific and technological activities and education and focus on training high-quality lecturers to meet the requirements for innovation as well as to pay strong attention to university autonomy and renovating the university governance model.
At the ceremony, the Deputy PM presented the Labour Order and the Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit to collectives and individuals who have gained outstanding achievements from the 2014-2015 academic year to 2018-2019.
