NDO - National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan has departed for official visits to Russia from December 8-12 and Belarus from December 12-14 at the invitations of Chairwoman of the Russian Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko, Chairman of the Russian State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, Speaker of the Belarusian Council of the Republic Mikhail Myasnikovich and Chairman of the Belarusian House of Representatives Vladimir Andreichenko. |
Her entourage includes Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue, National Assembly Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu, Chairman of the NA Committee for External Relations Nguyen Van Giau, NA Secretary-General and Chairman of the NA Office Nguyen Hanh Phuc, Chairman of the NA Committee for Science, Technology and the Environment and Chairman of the Vietnam-Russia Parliamentarians’ Group Phan Xuan Dung, Party Secretary of Yen Bai province Pham Thi Thanh Tra, Party Secretary of Ben Tre province Phan Van Mai and representatives from a number of concerned agencies.
