Addressing the event, Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh spoke highly of the achievements made by the leaders and staff of the Office over the past year.
She noted that many major events will be held by the Party and State next year, including the eighth National Party Congress, the tenth National Patriotic Emulation Congress, and the 75th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day, which require the Presidential Office to promote its consultative role in domestic and external activities.
She asked the Office to boost emulation movements, enhance human resource training, and renovate its operation towards modernisation while closely co-ordinating with functional agencies to better support external activities of the President and the Vice President
On the occasion, the Vice President presented Labour Orders to four individuals of the Office for their excellent working performance and contributions to national construction and defence.
