At the session, Secretary of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee Do Duc Duy reported to the NA Chairwoman on the results of leadership in implementing political tasks during the first 10 months of 2020, as well as directions and tasks for the near future.
In her speech, NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan acknowledged and agreed with proposals sent by the province to the NA and the Government, with priority being given to the implementation of regional and inter-regional traffic projects as well as policies for ethnic minority groups in the northern mountainous area.
On this occasion, NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan presented 20 social houses to Mu Cang Chai district; the Trade Union of the Ministry of Planning and Investment donated VND100 million to the Provincial Fund for the Poor; and representatives of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam presented 25 social houses to Tram Tau district.
