The company has generated jobs for local labourers, who can earn an average monthly salary of VND7 million. Notably despite the impacts of COVID-19, the company has still maintained its operations and growth rate as well as the livelihood of its employees.
At the production centre for the ST25 rice variety in My Xuan district, the NA Chairman applauded the efforts made by the centre’s staff to increase the quality of the rice variety after it was named World’s Best Rice in 2019.
She asked local authorities to create favourable conditions for scientists to work and produce more products with a high level of quality like ST25 and prevent the sale of fake ST25 rice in the market.
