The awards were presented in two categories, namely the best energy efficient solutions, and the original and innovation energy efficient solutions.
Colusa - Miliket Foodstuff Joint stock company won the first prize for the best energy efficient solutions, whilst the first prize of the other category went to Bach Khoa Electrical and Refrigeration Engineering Company under the Polyco Group.
The awards were organised by the Vietnam Energy Conservation and Energy Efficiency Association (VECEA) with support from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
According to Chairman of the VECEA Do Huu Hao, the award ran from November 20, 2017 until the end of January 2018.
The organising board received 33 entries from enterprises operating in such areas as food processing, industrial auxiliary, medical equipment, mechanical equipment, garments, clean water, paper, petrochemical refining, and rubber, among others.
