Amid the complicated developments of COVID-19, the Organising Committee reduced the number of guests and applied a series of preventive measures for all participants.

The show was held in Da Nang for the first time, marking the beginning of a series of events to propagate and implement the plan to build Da Nang into an environmental city in the 2021-2030 period, as approved by the People's Committee of Da Nang.

With music combined with unique art forms impressively performed by artists, the show depicted a fictional story about the water world after the Deluge. In an environment where only water is available, people crave and nurture hope with the appreciation of beautiful memories, filled with love and solidarity to build a new life together.

In parallel with this art show, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City has implemented a meaningful community programme to provide clean water for local schools, starting with five schools in Hoa Vang District.

In 2008, Da Nang issued the project "Construction of Da Nang - Environmental City". Up to now, after 12 years, there have been remarkable results with many titles and awards presented in recognition of Danang's environmental efforts.

Da Nang continues to promote the project to a new level, with an investment cost of more than VND15 trillion has been approved, striving towards 2025, the city meets the set targets in the direction of building an eco-urban area and creating a safety of health and environment for people, investors, domestic and foreign tourists coming to Da Nang.
