Headquartered in the UK, the magazine provides readers with the latest news, reviews, opinions and polls on leading brands across the globe.

Earlier in the fourth quarter of 2021, the marketing research agency Decision Lab released a report affirming Zalo as the most popular messenger app in Vietnam.

Its survey showed that 48% of respondents chose Zalo to communicate with their friends and family, while the figures for Facebook and Facebook Messenger were 27% and 21% respectively.

In mid-2021, advertising company Adsota also named Zalo the favourite messenger app for Vietnam, throwing Facebook Messenger in second place after years of occupying the top spot.

Zalo currently has more than 70 million active users with 2 billion messages sent each day.

Besides the main services of messaging, voice and video calls, the app also offers a wide range of essential services for learning, working and information searches.

Government agencies throughout the country have adopted Zalo as the main channel to communicate with the public.

During the fourth wave of COVID-19 in mid-2021, Zalo released a service called Zalo Connect to connect those facing difficulties due to lockdowns with benefactors, who assisted over 100,000 struggling families throughout the country.
