With that in mind, the government is aiming to create a national database system and launch a national public service portal that connects with local portals to monitor public service delivery.

Minister Dung stated that the government is acting as a model in digital transformation, creating the foundation and best conditions for enterprises to grow.

Therefore, more than ever, the government needs the business community to follow suit and take bold actions, said Dung, adding that Vietnam needs enterprises that can lead.

At the event, DuPont’s former CIO Phuong Tram shared his experience in digital transformation at the US$85 billion company.
