The format of the exam is the same as last year, where students will have to take five tests on maths, literature, foreign language, natural sciences and social sciences.
The natural sciences test will include physics, chemistry and biology, while the social sciences test features history, geography and civic education.
Except for literature, tests will be administered in the multiple-choice format. The questions will cover knowledge mainly from the 12th-grade curriculum.
At the request of local authorities, the MOET will consider organising an additional exam for students who are unable to attend the exam scheduled for July 7-8 due to COVID-19.
