He said that Hanoi faced a great deal of challenges in 2021, but the city still managed to maintain socio-economic development, notably keeping the COVID-19 pandemic under control.
Dung affirmed that such achievements have been recorded, with active contributions from central as well as Hanoi media agencies, while expecting them to continue accompanying the capital city with its development.
For their part, representatives of media agencies expressed their delight with the positive results that Hanoi recorded in 2021, amid much difficulty due to the impacts of the coronavirus.
They thanked the municipal leaders for facilitating the press in carrying out the information and communication mission, and proposed the city hold weekly press briefings to provide in-depth information for the media.
