Deputy PM presents Tet gifts in Hai Duong Province

Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh visited and presented gifts to social policy beneficiaries and disadvantaged workers in Hai Duong Province on January 25, ahead of the Lunar New Year (Tet).

The government official expressed gratitude to the families of wounded and fallen soldiers and national contributors, and extended sympathy to disadvantaged households and those hit by COVID-19.

Thanh extended his best wishes to the people of Hai Duong, hoping that they will have a healthy, safe and joyful new year.

The Deputy PM also spoke highly of the achievements recorded by Hai Duong Province in such a difficult year.

* On the same day, President of Vietnamese Fatherland Front Do Van Chien presented Tet gifts to poor households, social policy beneficiaries and those affected by COVID-19 in Lang Son Province, while Minister of Natural Resources and Environment visited and presented gifts to veterans at a veteran healthcare facility in Ha Nam Province.

* In the northern province of Thai Binh, the provincial Party Secretary and Trade Union presented over 1,500 Tet gifts to workers at Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Park.

* The representative office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Can Tho and the An Giang Women’s Union visited and presented Tet gifts to disadvantaged women and children in An Giang Province.
