NA Chairwoman Ngan wished the children a joyful festival and a good academic year while presenting the gifts to students at Ton Duc Thang and Tuan Lo primary schools, Trung Yen and Tuan Lo secondary schools.

Also on September 30, the NA leader paid a visit and planted a tree at the National Assembly’s Standing Committee Relic Site in Trung Yen commune of Son Duong district.

The site is preserving many valuable documentaries on the Vietnam’s National Assembly since the first election.

The same day, the top legislator also offered incense and flowers in tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at a temple in Nguyen Tat Thanh Square in Tuyen Quang city.

NA Chairwoman Ngan said she hopes that the Party Committee, administration and people of Tuyen Quang will continue uphold the revolutionary tradition to achieve more development achievements.

The values of the province's historical relic sites should also be preserved and promoted to educate patriotism for younger generations, she noted.
