The centre is located at ACB Tower, 218 Bach Dang Street. Applicants in central Vietnam no longer have to travel to either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City to apply for visas.
The representative of the Embassy of Belgium said that the number of applications for Schengen visas in Vietnam has increased significantly in recent years, due to the outstanding economic development of Vietnam, the need for business travel, and an increase in tourism.
The opening of a new Visa Application Centre in Da Nang also aims to improve service quality.

The visa application centre in Da Nang will officially begin operations from March 25.
