Earlier, UD-DUT also had two other training programmes assessed and recognised with AUN-QA standards for the 2016-2020 period, namely the Vietnam-US advanced programme of the “Electronics-Telecommunication” major and the “Embedded System” major.

With the result, UD-DUT has become one of the few universities granted with AUN-QA quality certifications for seven training programmes in the same school year, according to an AUN-QA representative.

UD-DUT is the first university in Vietnam’s central region to have 12 training programmes assessed and certified to meet standards of the AUN-QA and France’s Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur (CTI) in three successive years. It is also the first university to get quality accreditation certificates in line with Vietnam’s national standards and France’s High Council for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (HCERES) standards for two consecutive years.

UD-DUT has established official cooperative relations with AUN-QA through the establishment of the Network of QA Sharing 4 Improvement (NQS4I) Office in 2018.
