The temple is in shape of a bronze drum of the Hung Kings era, surrounded by a round-shaped lake and is sculpted with patterns of the Hung Kings period.

Addressing the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Can Tho city People’s Committee Dao Anh Dung said that the building of the temple aims to express the deep gratitude to the predecessors who set up and protected the country.
