Speaking at the forum, Deputy Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha reviewed the law on protection and education of children during the previous years.

She also highly appreciated the participation of children in social activities, which helps the children raise their sense of initiative and creative.

The Deputy Minister also underscored that the children’s opinions will be taken into account during the building of legal documents, planning and projects related to children.

Children should be given opportunities to contribute their opinions about relevant documents and policies through forums and public media, she noted.
