The event, as part of activities celebrating the 52nd anniversary of Vietnam – Cambodia diplomatic ties (1967-2019), contributed to promoting the pioneering role of the youths from the two countries as well as consolidating and enhancing the special friendship and relations between the two nations.
The exchange featured the participation of nearly 200 young journalists, youths and students from the provinces bordering between Vietnam and Cambodia.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of Vietnam Youth Union Nguyen Hai Ninh recalled the good neighbourliness, traditional friendship, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia.
The exchange was an opportunity for young journalists and youths from the two countries to share experience as well as learn more about each other’s culture.
The event also contributed to deepening and tightening the solidarity, friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia in general and between young generations of the two nations in particular.
