Running from now until the end of June, the project targets students, young workers and young entrepreneurs.
Under the programme, assistance will be provided to help young entrepreneurs sell their products, create jobs for young people who have lost their jobs due to Covid-19 and connect enterprises to supply essential goods via a mobile app.
Funds will be earmarked for social security activities organised by the VYF to support disadvantaged people as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.
VYF Permanent Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan said its members who are less affected will join the programme to create a strong and meaningful movement towards those in more difficult circumstances.
In addition, the programme is expected to boost economic recovery, especially among the community of young entrepreneurs, and open new opportunities for Vietnamese start-ups, stated Tuan.
