According to the President of the association, Pham Duc Muc, the contest aims to popularise outstanding activities and beautiful images of Vietnamese nurses while working to protect patients’ health, highlight their initiative at the work place, and laud their contributions to the fight against COVID-19.

Over the past few months, thousands of nurses, midwives and technicians have joined doctors in putting their lives aside and living apart from their families in order to stand in the frontline in the battle against the epidemic, he stressed.

Entries should be sent to the organising board no later than June 30, 2020. Submissions will be posted on the association’s fanpage from July 1 to 20, 2020.

Two first, two second, one third and ten consolation prizes worth VND30 million in total will be presented to the best entries.
