Ta Quynh Tu chooses topic on human condition

At the Hanoi International Film Festival 2018, the documentary ‘Two children’ by the 39 year old director Ta Quynh Tu won the Jury Award's for the best short film. The film is a tearful and humanistic story about the journey of two families who search for their children that have been mistakenly given away at the hospital. Earlier, the film won many prestigious awards such as the Best Documentary and Documentary Director at the 2016 Golden Kite Awards. In addition, many of his other works have won high prizes at the National Television Festival and the National Press Awards.

Ta Quynh Tu currently works at the Documentary and Reportage Centre under Vietnam Television. Over the years, he has assumed the position of director, writer, and cameraperson. The topic often chosen by Ta Quynh Tu is the human condition, with full of sadness and happiness. Dinh Hoai Xuan brings classical music to hearts

Dinh Hoai Xuan, who was born in Quang Binh province, came to music at the age of 10. She was valedictorian of Violoncello Department at Hue Academy of Music in 2005. She graduated excellently with a Master's degree in performing Violoncello at the Vietnam National Academy of Music in 2012. She also surpassed three foreign candidates to win a full PhD scholarship in Romania.

In 2018, Dinh Hoai Xuan participated in the Cello Fundamento Concert 3 with more than 100 Romanian artists. It can be said that the female lead in the film ‘Summer In Closed Eyes’ marked a turning point in Phuong Anh Dao's career, which she always called "the best thing". The work is the only long film of Vietnam to have competed at the Hanoi 2018 International Film Festival, which has helped her win the Best Actress award.
